ICS, originally established in the early 1970s as the Institute for Civil Services, was primarily founded to provide comprehensive training to students aspiring to succeed in civil service examinations.
The mission is to assist, guide and empower students by making teaching them how to adapt themselves to the changing needs of civil society towards skill development, that ultimately leads to career development and opens up job opportunities.
