Senior journalist and film maker with an experience of over 20 years in active journalism and documentary film making. She has been involved in the film making projects for not only Indian media but also for international television organisations. Starting her carrier as a reporter in national dailies and magazines she has worked for different news channels in various capacities like reporter, correspondent, news producer. She has also presented programmes on the national broadcaster, The All India Radio. She has been one of those in the field of media who switched over to online news when this was not even a trend and successfully edited news and life-style portal. She teaches Online journalism, Documentary film making and Radio Broadcasting besides continuing to write for her own news and life-style portal and making films.
