Nikita Surana is a Company Secretary (CS) and Visiting Faculty with more than 14 years of industry experience, bringing together professional expertise, academic knowledge, and practical corporate exposure.
She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Business Policy & Corporate Governance and has completed a Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Laws from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), Deemed University.
She has also successfully completed a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) conducted by the Research Council of India, reflecting her continued commitment to academic and professional development.
As a Company Secretary, she has a strong professional understanding of Corporate Law, Business Ethics , Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Business Policy, and Management Practices. Her extensive industry experience enables her to bring practical, real-world perspectives into the classroom and connect academic concepts with contemporary corporate practices.
Her teaching interests include Management, Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Business Policy & Strategy, Commerce, Intellectual Property Rights, and Business & Commercial Laws.
