Ms. Anupama Agarwal is a seasoned HR professional and academician with over 25 years of rich professional experience, comprising 13 years in the corporate sector and 12 years in higher education.

She has been associated with New Delhi YMCA since 2016, where she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Communication, Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development

She holds a PGDBM in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, and B.Sc. from Meerut University.

Prior to her academic career, she held senior HR and management positions in the corporate sector, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment, training, and human resource management.

She is passionate about creating industry-relevant learning experiences by integrating practical insights with academic excellence. Dedicated to mentoring and empowering future professionals, she strives to equip students with the skills, confidence, and ethical values needed to excel in today's dynamic business environment.
