*Dr. Nutan Jha* has over fifteen years of teaching experience in reputed institutions, including NERIM Group of Institutions (Guwahati), Gurukul Kangri University (Haridwar), SMJN (PG) College (Haridwar), and BSM Degree College (Roorkee). She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, on the topic “A Study of Total Quality Management in Hospitals”, along with an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune and M.Com from H.N.B. Garhwal University. Her areas of expertise include Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Corporate Tax Planning, Financial Management, Quantitative Techniques, Financial Decision Analysis, and Operations Management. She has guided MBA, MSW, and BBA projects, served as an examiner and question paper setter for universities such as Gurukul Kangri University and Dibrugarh University, and contributed to administrative roles, including Examination In-charge at NERIM.
Dr. Jha has presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences in India and abroad, including Nepal, and has published articles in reputed journals on topics such as service quality in healthcare, patient satisfaction, and women’s entrepreneurship. She has actively participated in faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars, reflecting her strong commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence. With her rich academic background, extensive teaching experience, and research contributions, she continues to make a significant impact in the fields of management, commerce, and higher education.
