The venue is furnished with air-conditioned spaces, high-quality lighting and acoustic systems, as well as business support facilities to help you host a seamless and well-organized event.

Flexible Spaces for Different Events

Auditorium

The Auditorium is suitable for large groups with a capacity of up to 200 people; suitable for Corporate Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Annual Business Meetings, Workshops, Seminars, Cultural events and Receptions.

Foyer

The Foyer is a flexible, multi-purpose venue designed to accommodate up to 60 guests, making it ideal for corporate presentations, collaborative round-tables, professional workshops, interviews, exhibitions, seminars, and networking receptions.

Conference Room

The Conference Room in Central Delhi is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 40 to 45 guests, provides an ideal distraction free environment for focused executive meetings, strategic discussions, and high impact professional events.

Quadrangle

The Quadrangle has a capacity of 150 people and thus offers another possibility for events which need a larger gathering space.

Event Facilities & Equipment

YMCA provides a range of facilities and equipment that can be arranged for events, subject to availability and applicable charges. These include:

• Corded and cordless microphones
• Laptop
• Flip chart board with stand
• Additional chairs
• Tables and round tables
• Cartage
• Flower arrangements

Business-support facilities are also available, including photocopying, internet, email and local/STD/ISD direct-dialling services.

Venue Capacity

The available spaces can accommodate event sizes ranging from smaller meetings of around 40–45 people to larger gatherings of up to 200 people. This makes the venue suitable for corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, receptions and other organised events.

Conference Hall Tariffs

Venue charges depend on your choosen space and event duration, so please contact The New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel directly at the time of booking to confirm the current tariffs, applicable taxes and additional equipment charges.

• We provide only 150 chairs in the Auditorium.
• Extra Hour charges (9 am to 10 am & 5 pm to 6 pm only) subject to availability
• Auditorium - Rs 2000/- per hour
• Foyer, Conference Room, Glass Room, Kashmir Room, Interview Room - Rs 1000/- per hour
• Outside Food is not allowed.
• Government Taxes as Applicable

Other Facilities

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of booking 3 or more days before the date of event – 50% of the tariff shall be refunded.
• Cancellation of booking less than 3 days from the date of event – No Refund.
• Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of letter/e-mail. No request for cancellation on telephone will be entertained.
• Change of date will be allowed once (subject to availability) on payment of 25% of the tariff.
• TARIFF IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED. ANY LOSS/DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE RECOVERED FROM THE PARTY BOOKING THE VENUE.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability and YMCA's applicable terms and conditions. The existing policy provides for partial refunds for cancellations made three or more days before an event, while cancellations made less than three days before the event are non-refundable. Date changes are permitted once, subject to availability and the applicable charge.
