Cancellation Policy:

For 1-4 persons, cancellation made within 48 hours will incur one day’s room charges.

For 5-15 persons, cancellation made within 15 days will incur one day’s charges per room.

For more than 15 persons, cancellation made within 30 days will incur one day’s charges per room.

For cancellations made before the stipulated period, full refund will be made, less 10% administrative charges on the tariff per room.

Cancellation requests are effective from the date of receipt of the letter or email. No cancellations will be accepted via telephone.
