Tariff 2018-19 w.e.f 1st April, 2018

Auditorium - Only for conference/seminar/workshop facilities. Where No Food and beverages are allowed to be served.

Auditorium - For Social Functions, where Food and beverages are allowed to be served.

  • An amount of Rs.15,000/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per meal for serving Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
  • An amount of Rs.7,500/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per snacks for serving morning or evening snacks.
  • An amount of Rs.20,000/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per snacks per meal for serving morning or evening snacks. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Board Room (P-2) - Only for conference/seminar/workshop facilities. No Food and beverages are allowed to be served.

Board Room (P-2) - For Social Functions, where Food and beverages are allowed to be served.

  • An amount of Rs.2,000/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per meal for serving Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
  • An amount of Rs.1,500/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per snacks for serving morning or evening snacks.
  • An amount of Rs.3, 000/- will be charged extra +taxes per day per Clint per snacks per meal for serving morning or evening snacks. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Ground - Rs. 1,00,000/- per day (for marriage & other function) & Ground for sports activities -3500/- per day (9:00am-4:00pm)

Small Garden - 10,000/- per day & Cricket practice pitches: - Rs.1, 000/- per day + taxes extra.

Cricket Cemented Pitch Practices - 1000/-

General Information

  • Tentative booking can be made, but conformation of booking will be done only on receipt of 100% advance, along with booking letter/Form.
  • Outside catering /packed food is strictly not allowed inside our premises.
  • Smoking/Liquor is not allowed in Board room and Auditorium.
  • The premises will be used only for the purpose for which the booking is made.
  • The party making the booking will strictly adhere to the timing.
  • Banners/posters are not allowed inside the room /Auditorium.
  • No fire arms/weapons/fire crackers are allowed inside the promises.
  • No open flame/inflammable material/smoke effects are allowed inside the promises.
  • The YMCA shall not be liable for refund of hiring charges or any other loss if the party is unable to use the meeting room/auditorium due to electricity failure, fire strike or any other natural calamity.
  • Any losses/damage to YMCA property while in use will be recovered from the customers.
  • Right of admission reserved.

Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation of booking 3 or more days before the date of event -50% of the tariff shall be refunded.
  • Cancellation of booking less than 3 days from the date of event –No Refund.
  • Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of letter/Email. No request for cancellation on telephone will be entrained.
  • Change of the date will be allowed once (subject of availability). On Payment of 25% of the Tariff.
